Upcycled from a classic business shirt, this cute reworked blouse features unique, textured specks. The cute, frilled collar displays the reverse side of the fabric, for a subtle bit of contrast. This top also features a delicate navy bow at the top of the buttons, gathered elasticated cuffs at a ¾ length (perfect for a good scrunch just below the elbow) and a cropped length for a relaxed finish.
